- Having an approved bank account for the association.
- The grant is disbursed by 50% of the revenues, with a maximum limit of 300,000 riyals, for associations from the second to the tenth year from the date of registration.
- There are no financial or administrative irregularities on the association.
- The financial statements of the association must be approved.
- The status of the association's board of directors meetings must be regular.
- خصص المنحة لتغطية مصاريف التكاليف التشغيلية العامة السنوية بداية من السنة الثانية للجمعية وحتى السنة الثالثة، تحتسب من تاريخ ترخيصها، وتشمل على سبيل المثال -لا الحصر-: (الإيجار، التكاليف المتعلقة بتقنية المعلومات، تكاليف الأصول والتسويق وإنشاء موقع إلكتروني)
- يكون مبلغ المنحة (100,000) مئة ألف ريال كحد أقصى، تصرف للجمعية مرة واحدة في العام الثاني والثالث حسب الترخيص
